Moderating is a broad term for guiding conversations, interviews, discussions and debates. It is important here that participants and the public have the opportunity to interact with each other. An important characteristic of a moderator is an appropriate form of personal interaction. I like to transfer my energy and enthusiasm to the audience. This benefits the program and the atmosphere.
Every situation has its own character, which we coordinate in advance with the goal, the audience and the moment. Flexibility and professionalism are important here.The art of allowing all participating parties to speak in an equal way is crucial for the development of the discussion or the debate. As a moderator, I also have tight time management. I am a curious, driven and involved moderator who ensures the right depth in the discussion. This means that the red thread remains clear and the subject is well exposed.
Through my broad background and extensive experience I can lead various events in a refreshing way. This is appreciated by both the public and the client.
